Litigation Associate

Litigation Associate A leading global law firm is seeking a junior to mid-level Associate to join its Litigation practice in Northern Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes disputes across a variety of industries within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Location: Northern Virginia Associates will gain exposure to sophisticated litigation matters at both the state and federal level. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues Support appellate work, including writs and appeals Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation Assist with case strategy and client communications Who You Are Junior to mid-level litigation associate Experience drafting briefs on complex litigation matters Strong academic credentials Excellent research, writing and analytical skills Experience with depositions, hearings and trial work preferred Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Admitted to the Virginia Bar Compensation Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package within a leading global litigation platform #J-18808-Ljbffr
