What You'll Do

• Assist inbound callers seeking personal lines insurance solutions
• Evaluate customer needs and provide customized Property & Casualty insurance quotes
• Explain coverage options, policy features, and protection recommendations with confidence
• Close sales and bind policies while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across personal lines products
• Build trust-based relationships that drive customer retention and satisfaction
• Efficiently navigate multiple systems to manage quotes, policies, and customer information

Compensation & Schedule

Starting Base Salary: $43,000+ annually (based on experience)

Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST

Post-Training Schedule

• Monday-Friday, assigned shift between 8:00 AM-6:00 PM EST
• Rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM EST

Location

• Hybrid role based in Warwick, RI
• Onsite Monday-Wednesday

What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license required
• Experience selling Personal Lines insurance, Property & Casualty products, or related insurance services strongly preferred
• At least 1 year of sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
• Strong communication, consultative selling, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Motivation to build a long-term career in insurance sales
