Insurance Sales Agent (Warwick, RI)

Hybrid 3 days in office, 2 days from home

 

Property & Casualty | Licensing Provided

The company covers the cost of your P&C license .

You must be able to self‐study and pass with a 90%+ score within two attempts .

Direct Hire

Pay: $43,000–$50,830 annually + strong incentives for top sellers

Start Date: As soon as possible

Training: 8:30am–5:00pm EST

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:30pm + 1 Saturday/month

Location: Warwick, RI 02886

About the Role

This is a sales-driven position focused on helping clients with personal insurance needs. You’ll handle inbound calls and outbound follow‐ups, guide customers through coverage options, and close sales.

What You’ll Do

• Sell personal insurance products via phone and email
• Follow up with clients to complete sales
• Maintain licensing through training and CE
• Keep an organized pipeline and prioritize leads
• Clearly explain coverage options to customers
