Territory Manager for Spinal Cord Stimulator Boston Scientific Neuromodulation – Work with a team focused on improving lives through technology and service. Lead sales and support activities for Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) and related pain management solutions. Responsibilities Maintain a designated customer base, actively prospect new customers in an assigned geographic area, respond to leads, and position our products and services versus competitors. Drive sales revenue and ensure territory meets or exceeds all goals. Assess competitor strengths, weaknesses and strategies, and collaborate closely with the Regional Business Director and team members on sales strategies. Oversee the entire SCS patient care process, including pre‑surgical education, post‑surgical follow‑ups, and long‑term device care. Build a referral base of physicians, OR staff, and hospital personnel. Use appropriate knowledge of Boston Scientific SCS products and applications. Provide basic computer support for procedures and programming, assist physicians in the OR, and translate technical information to build customer and patient loyalty. Provide and receive coaching and honest feedback. Build high‑performing teams by fostering cooperation, communication, and cohesion. Build rapport with clinicians, nurses, technicians, patients, and colleagues to influence sales and usage of Spinal Cord Stimulation products. Actively listen with empathy and respect, and commit to professional and personal development. Translate business strategy into clear objectives, maintain pricing discipline, anticipate problems, and establish procedures for goal attainment. Demonstrate a broad understanding of financial management principles impacting a territory. Collaborate with Regional Business Director, Health Economics & Reimbursement, and National Accounts to increase sales team success. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. At least 2 years of work experience in a sales or clinical role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications Medical device sales experience. Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or another science field. Compensation Annualized base salary: $80,000 plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan, which includes non‑discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives. Total compensation will be commensurate with experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other relevant factors.
