How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care by following established clinical protocols to ensure the highest standards of safety and patient well-being.

• Drive and monitor individualized patient care plans , tracking progress and adapting interventions to foster optimal healing and recovery outcomes.

• Champion multidisciplinary collaboration by serving as the primary care coordinator across all specialties, ensuring seamless and unified communication for the patient's benefit.

• Advocate for patients during transition points by proactively assessing and coordinating discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure a safe, supportive return home.

• Execute and manage clinical orders with precision , bridging the gap between physician directives and active patient care to maintain treatment integrity.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
