Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and style preferences. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain the boutique's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting. Inventory management, including ordering, stocking, and keeping accurate records. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Assist with marketing and promotional activities, sales events, and customer engagement. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and business goals. Qualifications Currently licensed and in good standing with the Board of Opticians for MA. Previous experience as an optician and working in the optical industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with office software and point‑of‑sale systems. A keen eye for detail and passion for fashion and eyewear. Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays and some holidays.
