If you want to make a difference at the center of health, come join our innovative company and help us improve the lives of people and animals everywhere.Job DescriptionThis role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:30amPay Rate: $40.87 - $43.27 (depending on experience)Responsibilities:Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.Education:Bachelor's degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.Work Experience:2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.Certifications:Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.What Cencora OffersWe provide compensation, benefits, and resources that enable a highly inclusive culture and support our team members' ability to live with purpose every day. The actual range may vary based on your locale.
