Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position ResponsibilitiesConduct onboarding, provide mentoring and follow-up training for all new hires.Create, update and maintain department training materials.Facilitate development training sessions to drive success and ensure high performance.Create and deliver newsletters, policy updates and training memos.Monitor and report employee development progress to leadership.Minimum RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
