Full Time | Daylight 6am-6:30pm or Night 6pm-6:30am | $40/hour!

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. As an RN at Aspen Glen Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will provide individualized care to our patients, focusing on their unique needs and goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team

• Monitor and manage patient medications, treatments, and therapies to ensure optimal outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio

• Minimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Ability to work FULL-TIME hours, including weekends, and holidays
