We are a well-established pediatric therapy practice seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing team. This hybrid role includes both in-clinic, schools/community and telehealth services.

Our clinicians are supported by clear systems, collaborative supervision, and an environment where quality care and professional growth matter. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering excellent therapy.

Responsibilities
• Provide OT services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized, goal-directed treatment plans
• Facilitate development of fine motor skills, regulation, executive functioning, and independence in daily routines
• Deliver engaging, play-based therapy aligned with plan of care
• Complete accurate, objective, and timely documentation
• Communicate effectively with supervising therapists and caregivers
• Support carryover of skills into home and community settings
• Maintain safety, professionalism, and ethical standards

Qualifications
• Active Florida COTA license
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong organization and follow-through
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation
• Positive, professional communication with families
