This is a structured hospital-based role with a mix of inpatient surgical and outpatient clinical responsibilities. Position Overview Schedule: 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch included) 5 days per week 4 days/week Inpatient & Surgery 1 day/week Outpatient clinic Practice Setting: Hospital (inpatient/surgical) + Clinic (outpatient) Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days Clinical Focus Cardiovascular Surgery (CVI) Cardiothoracic Surgery Inpatient surgical management Perioperative care Outpatient follow-up and clinic visits Ideal for a PA experienced in cardiac and thoracic surgical environments. Compensation Inside 50-mile radius: $190 $215/hour Outside 50-mile radius: $225 $250/hour (All-Inclusive) Strong earning potential with premium all-inclusive rates for candidates outside the 50-mile radius.
