Working from the onsite project office, you'll partner with an experienced Project Manager through all phases of construction while gaining exposure to both the development and construction sides of the business. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and self performed work. Manage RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and project documentation. Track project schedules, procurement, budgets, and cost reporting. Participate in project meetings and assist with project closeout. Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, or similar role. Ground up multifamily construction experience preferred. Strong understanding of construction documents, scheduling, and cost control. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
