Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Physical Therapist professional license in Massachusetts required
• 1 year home care experience required
• 1 year certified home care experience required
• 1 year case management experience required

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630
• Weekend rotations are once every 6 weeks
• Travel to patient cases as assigned is required
