Overview Schedule: Monday- Friday Hours: 6a-3:30p DAY SHIFT Area: Batavia, Ohio Pay: $20-26/hr BOE

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater to join a manufacturing team in Batavia, OH. This is a hands-on production role responsible for applying powder coatings to manufactured components while meeting customer color, quality, and finish specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply powder coatings to manufactured metal components
• Follow customer color and coating specifications
• Prepare and apply coating materials according to job requirements
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Inspect finished parts for quality and consistency
• Identify coating defects and make appropriate adjustments
• Operate appropriate painting and coating tools and equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow established production and safety procedures

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of powder-coating experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of powder-coating and painting techniques
• Understanding of coating materials and proper application methods
• Ability to read blueprints for job specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a production environment
