What ties it all together are the friendly faces you’ll find along the way, the thoughtful amenities, and the delightful details that make every visit feel personal and unforgettable.* Manage all aspects of housekeeping operations: scheduling, ordering, inventory, discipline, etc.* Communicates with front desk and Lodge general management to ensure arriving guest rooms are clean and prepared* Ensure staff spaces are clean and sanitized* Invest in housekeeping team through training and teaching* Maintain quality control through room inspection* Assist team with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary* Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor* Assist as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets* Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed* Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job dutiesThis job description describes at a high level what a Housekeeping Manager does, but no document can anticipate every single task, issue or project that could come up.
