Some of our artists include: ATEEZ, P1Harmony, xikers, THE BOYZ, STAYC, and ONEUS.Job OverviewWe are seeking an entry-level Distribution Operations Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with exceptional writing and problem-solving skills and a love for K-Pop is preferred!Key ResponsibilitiesAdaptability & Flexibility: This role requires an individual who is able to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain critical logistics data across various platforms, including Google Sheets, Shopify, ASN systems, and other softwares.Product Management: Assist the Distribution Manager with product launches and updates by accurately uploading product information to Shopify and various retail partner portals.Operational Communication: Serve as a key point of contact by communicating effectively with the distribution team, internal departments, and 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) partners. Ensure a clear and timely flow of information to coordinate shipments, resolve issues, and support daily operations.Release Coordination: Proactively stay informed on upcoming product releases and updates from the commerce team and hello82.com. This includes coordinating with relevant teams to ensure distribution plans are in place for new product launches.Confidentiality & Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all sensitive company information, including unreleased products and upcoming business strategies.Problem-Solving: The ability to work independently, think critically, and handle tasks outside the typical scope of the job description is essential.QualificationsExceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracyStrong organizational and time-management skillsAble to wear multiple different hatsK-pop knowledge preferredTech Savvy, comfortable using computersExperience with Shopify, Asana (or any project management tools), or Slack is a plus!Microsoft Office suites (Excel and Word) or Google Workplace (Docs, sheet, slides, etc)Experience with fulfillmentAttention to detail and organizationFlexibility with schedule changes and overtimeHigh school diploma, general education degree, or equivalentFlexible to work weekends when necessaryProficiency in Korean language mandatory (minimum conversational Korean) to support our Korean-speaking partnersBenefitsThe hello82 team understands the importance of ensuring our employees have strong benefits to support them wherever they are.
