Data Solution Architect

Job Details: 
Role Overview: 
The Data Solution Architect (DSA) is responsible for reviewing/assessing existing data 
architecture and platform components. Also responsible for designing, implementing and 
managing the data solutions. The DSA will work in a collaborative team environment to assess 
requirements, define data/technical strategy and deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities: 

● Review/Assess existing data architecture and platform components, and define potential 
future data architecture roadmap/direction aligning to business objectives, data integrity, 
availability and security 
● Discover, analyze and scope data requirements & create high level process models to 
represent processes for the area under analysis 
● Hands on Data Modeling for Operational Data Store and Data Warehouse applications 
● HL7 to Target Data Model and Target Data Model to FHIR Mapping 
● Extensive Extracts strategy and reusable framework design 



Qualification & Skills Required must have
● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Computer Science or Information 
Technology or related field 

● 10+ years of experience in data strategy, architecture, data integration with at least 5 
years in Architect role  
● Healthcare domain experience
● Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data architectures 
● Strong experience in modern data architecture patterns 
● Strong hands-on experience with cloud data solutions. Particularly with GCP services 
like BigQuery, DataForm, Dataproc, DataFlow, CloudSQL, Spanner, etc 
● Implementation experience of cloud architecture patterns 
● Expertise in ETL/ELT Tools, Services and frameworks for handling large scale data 
processing 
● Exposure various data integration patterns supporting batch, near realtime, real time with 
hands on implementation experience including Tools, API, pub/sub, etc 
● Hands on reusable extracts framework and components design 
● Hands on third party integration experience with Salesforce, etc 
● Experience with Microservices architecture preferred 
● Proficiency in programming languages and scripting for automation 
● Strong Data Modeling experience 
● Proficiency with a range of database systems and hands on experience in data 
warehousing technologies 
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills
