Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service

Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of

call types, including online banking and credit card inquiries, and provide

exceptional client service. This role requires a long-term career mindset,

strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities, and the ability to think

outside the box.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service by researching and resolving problems and errors.
• Support clients and branches with online and mobile banking, as well as other loan-related transactions.
• Contribute to the achievement of department service quality goals.
• Proactively assess clients' service needs, resolve inquiries, provide account information, and perform various transactions on behalf of clients.
• Expand existing client relationships by cross-selling products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales staff.
• Utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot, and track calls.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

• Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
• Common sense and the ability to think outside the box (not following scripts).
• Proficiency with technology (using three screens and multiple systems).
• Excellent customer service skills, with empathy and compassion for older clients.
• Experience working in teams and contributing to teamwork.
• Stability in previous roles, with no short tenure unless under special circumstances.

• Proven ability to provide professional, accurate, and responsive client service.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, including proper phone and email etiquette.
• Experience in effective sales and referrals.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and time management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to deposit accounts and operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to manage multiple computer applications simultaneously.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Spokane, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
