Role: Registered Nurse in a Freestanding Emergency Department Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care, including rapid assessment, triage, treatment, and stabilization for patients with diverse acuity levels. Administer medications, perform IV therapy, and monitor cardiac and vital signs. Coordinate care with physicians and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments. Maintain accurate electronic medical record documentation. Uphold safety and infection-control standards within a team-oriented environment. Support ongoing learning and professional growth in a patient-first culture. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure. Strong clinical skills in emergency care, including medication administration, IV therapy, and patient monitoring.
