Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

$1909.44/week –

Job Summary:

Seeking experienced Travel RN for Emergency Department to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be capable of handling a diverse range of urgent medical situations.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and determine care priorities.
• Administer medications and treatments following hospital protocols.
• Monitor patient status and document clinical information in EMR accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, including trauma and sepsis protocols.
• Support patient families with compassionate communication and updates.

Qualifications:

• Active Compact RN license required at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of emergency department experience in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS certification, with ACLS and PALS preferred.
• Proven proficiency in triage, IV initiation, and trauma protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
