Subaru Express Service Representative (Advisor)

Location: Subaru Express Service Position Type: Entry Level

Our Subaru Express Service team is looking for a customer‑focused Express Service Representative. This entry‑level position is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, providing warm and welcoming interactions, and keeping a positive atmosphere in a fast‑paced environment.

You will report to the Service Manager.

This is an on-site position in Yorkville, NY.

You'll be the first contact for our guests—greeting them with a smile, listening to their concerns, and ensuring they feel valued throughout their service experience. We'll provide all the training you need, so we require no advanced technical knowledge. What matters most is your excellent attitude, teamwork, and commitment to showing up every day ready to help our customers.

What you'll do:

• Provide warm, professional greetings to every customer upon arrival.

• Listen to customer concerns and ensure they feel heard and understood.

• Communicate with customers about wait times and service updates.

• Create a positive and comfortable customer experience from drop‑off to pick‑up.

• Help with simple check‑in and check‑out steps using basic computer systems.

• Support the flow of the Express Service lane by coordinating with team members.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service environment.

• Uphold Subaru's standards of hospitality and customer care.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be 18 years or older.

Compensation

Estimated Annual Earnings: $35,000–$47,000 Actual compensation may vary based on experience and other factors.
