What You'll Do

• Monitor food safety and quality standards throughout all stages of production and manufacturing processes
• Verify labels, lot numbers, temperatures, and document findings in compliance with HACCP requirements
• Perform quality inspections including product weight, crust height, sauce distribution, and other production checks
• Ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations and communicate with inspectors as needed
• Assist with production line preparation and weekly inventory counts

What We're Looking For

• Previous quality control, food manufacturing, or food safety experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in both hot and cold environments
• Understanding of food safety, HACCP, FDA, and USDA standards is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
