Hand and Stone Albany massage therapists receive the support to expand their knowledge, professionalism, and career in any direction they choose.How our Massage Therapists help facilitate healing:• Customize wellness plans based on individual clients.• Inspire an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.• Build rapport and generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.Team Member Essentials:• Active NY Massage License in good standing.• Carry massage therapy liability insurance.• Communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.• Knowledge of Swedish Massage is required.• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone provides training in all modalities for our team members!• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.Compensation: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourWe have opportunities for Massage Therapists, Estheticians, Spa Managers and Spa Associates at all stages of their careers.
