Project Engineer, Data Center Construction

The Data Center Project Engineer will be responsible for: • Leading cross-functional communication and coordination between regional general contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow for construction protocols, documentation access, and standardized procedures • Developing and maintaining comprehensive tracking systems for design modifications, RFIs, and change orders, creating detailed dashboards with priority levels and deadlines for regional leadership review • Evaluating Method of Procedure (MOP) submissions for thoroughness, necessity, and risk assessment • Managing vendor onboarding processes, including security credentialing and orientation programs • Maintaining current project management software with critical milestone updates, correspondence records, and document control • Coordinating and monitoring owner-furnished material deliveries to ensure timely arrival at construction sites • Establishing and managing a centralized repository for contractor-supplied construction data • Overseeing quality assurance programs through implementation of various checklists, including substantial completion verification, safety protocols, and quality control measures A day in the life

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of vendor management experience- 4+ years of relevant work in a data center or other critical environment experience
- 5+ years of data center engineering or operations experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or 1+ years of relevant discipline work experience
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in a data center or other critical environment
- Experience in data center engineering or operations
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of construction or project management experience- Electrical or mechanical Journeyman License
- operating engineering license such as DC II, DC III, or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
