Airtron Heating & Cooling is seeking a dedicated Retail Associate - HVAC Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. You will begin each workday at 8 am and continue until all assigned calls are completed. Employees are dispatched directly from their homes to their job sites and are only required to report to the office for meetings.ALL WE NEED FROM YOU IS:Must be 18 years or older2+ years of residential retail HVAC experienceAbility to promote and sell company-approved products and replacement optionsWillingness to participate in an on-call rotationProfessional demeanorTrustworthy, team-oriented, and supportive attitudeCommitment to representing Airtron with integrityWHAT YOUR DAY IS LIKE:As a Retail Associate - HVAC Technician, you will start each day by traveling from your home to your first service call in the Austin area. Your daily responsibilities will include troubleshooting and repairing residential HVAC systems, promoting company-approved products and replacement options to customers, and upholding Airtron's standards of professionalism and integrity. With the support of a company vehicle and provided tools, you will complete service calls throughout the day, attend to on-call duties as scheduled, and maintain a focus on delivering quality customer service.
