Junior HR Generalist

The (Junior) HR Generalist is an integral member of the Human Resources team and is responsible for supporting the Davenport Plant and our satellite facilities (Danville and Hutchinson) through location initiatives, processes and projects and in support of the HR Business Partners/Manager. This person will work directly with the HR Team, employees and leaders across Davenport. He/She will be responsible for various people metrics and projects as well as being actively engaged in plant activities that support the effective facilitation of processes related to his/her key accountabilities. The (Junior) HR Generalist shall endeavor to remain generally abreast of local, state and federal laws, rules, regulations and statutes governing equal employment opportunity practices as well as Arconic corporate and local policies and practices. The HR Generalist will provide back up support to other members of the HR team to ensure consistent coverage is provided at all times. #J-18808-Ljbffr Arconic
