Oncology Account Manager/Senior Oncology Account Manager - Minneapolis

Genmab seeks an Oncology Account Manager for its hematology portfolio in Minnesota and North Dakota. The role involves building customer relationships, driving sales goals, and providing disease and product information to healthcare stakeholders in private practices, hospitals, and medical centers.
Responsibilities
- Support Genmab's oncology portfolio in hematology space and meet assigned sales goals
- Develop and implement territory business plans aligned with productivity requirements
- Build long-term relationships with customers across all assigned accounts
- Analyze market data and translate insights into effective business planning
- Manage territory resources, budget, and demonstrate superior selling competencies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution
- 4+ years in sales, marketing, or clinical pharmaceutical experience
- Strong understanding of hematology disease states and injectable medication reimbursement
- Demonstrated territory management and sales competencies
- Ability to work flexibly across virtual and in-person engagement models
- Proficiency analyzing market data and developing business strategies
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ethical pharmaceutical representation
