Commercial Lines Account Executive Job Summary Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a robust book of business with a focus on Construction, Technology, and Real Estate accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial lines, strong client-facing skills, and expertise in renewals, quoting, and marketing. Compensation Package Salary Range: $90,000 - $130,000 annually Responsibilities Manage a book of business generating $1.5 million in revenue, with accounts ranging from $50,000 to $1 million in premium. Handle renewals, quoting, and marketing for mid-market accounts. Provide exceptional client service, acting as the primary point of contact for business owners. Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure seamless account management. Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in commercial lines, with expertise in Construction, Technology, and Real Estate accounts. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is essential. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with business owners. Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities.
