Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Job Title

Represent the company as the product/technical expert to customers

Develop new products/redesign existing products - complete research and testing

Support other staff as the technical lead

Continually improve product realization process

Develop options to meet customer specifications and requirements

Manage qualification of new products, coordinating flow of production

Continuous improvement of the production process

Evaluate possible new technologies for the process

Lead root cause/corrective action activities

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Mechanical or Robotic Engineering, Master's level preferred
• 10+ years in the engineering and manufacturing field
• Experience in R&D within the coatings industry required.
• Gas turbine, aerospace or automotive industry experience preferred
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret blueprints
• Knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD & Minitab required. Knowledge of CAD/CAM preferred.
• New product/process introduction experience required
