Customer Service Representative (CSR) For Online Boutique

Location: Weatherford in person

Job Type: Full-Time

Industry: Fashion

Pay: $18.00+ DOE

Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm

Position Overview: We're looking for a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced team in the warehouse that supports or online boutique. This role involves helping customers with questions, concerns, and orders-making sure they have a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers
Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
Assist with order placement, returns, and account updates
Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism
Document interactions and update customer records
Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, etc.)
Tech-savvy
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
Multi-tasking
Thrives in a fast paced environment
