Description - What Awaits You

• Conduct a variety of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests, including chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others, following established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of test results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Document all lab processes thoroughly, assist with training new team members, and maintain high-quality standards within the laboratory.
• Keep a tidy and secure workspace while complying with regulatory guidelines and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a similar allied health discipline, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of beginning employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of your certification is required throughout your tenure.
