Production Worker Opportunity
Looking for a fresh start with a massive sign-on bonus? Twin City Staffing has an exciting opportunity for production workers in the Monticello, MN area! No experience is required; this is a perfect entry-level role for anyone eager to learn. Enjoy a 4-day work week and earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus once hired full-time, plus another $2,000 after 6 months! Location: Monticello, MN Wage: $19.00 $20.00/hr. Hours:
1st Shift: 6:00 AM 4:00 PM | Monday Thursday
2nd Shift: 3:45 PM 1:45 AM | Monday Thursday

Duties of the production worker:
- Operate production equipment and power tools
- Load raw materials and move finished products through the line
- Assist with assembly of docks, hunting gear, and ice shelters
- Monitor machine cycles and check parts for quality
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and production schedules
Requirements of the production worker:
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Capability to lift 2030 lbs. repetitively (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify
