Looking for a fresh start with a massive sign-on bonus? Twin City Staffing has an exciting opportunity for production workers in the Monticello , MN area ! No experience is required ; this is a perfect entry-level role for anyone eager to learn.

Enjoy a 4-day work week and earn a $1,000 sign-on bonus once hired full-time, plus another $2,000 after 6 months !

Location: Monticello, MN

Wage: $19.00 - $20.00/hr.

Hours:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Monday - Thursday
2nd Shift: 3:45 PM - 1:45 AM | Monday - Thursday

Duties of the production worker:

Operate production equipment and power tools
Load raw materials and move finished products through the line
Assist with assembly of docks, hunting gear, and ice shelters
Monitor machine cycles and check parts for quality
Maintain clean work areas and equipment
Follow safety procedures and production schedules

Requirements of the production worker:

Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Capability to lift 20-30 lbs. repetitively (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Ability to pass a background check and E-Verify
