Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg

• Provide care for patients with stroke, seizure, AMS, generalized weakness, AKI/CKD, falls, cellulitis, and non-healing wounds
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac drips (Cardizem/Amiodarone)
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to the unit's policies and procedures, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg

• Valid RN license
• Minimum 18 months of Med/Tele experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Experience with EPIC is mandatory
