This position involves providing care to patients with a variety of conditions such as sepsis, respiratory illnesses, and GI disorders. The RN will join a supportive resource team in a well-regarded facility equipped with advanced technology.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Provide care to patients with a variety of common diagnoses including sepsis, respiratory illnesses, and GI disorders
• Manage cardiac rhythms and perform tracheostomy care
• Administer medications, including cardiac drips and blood products
• Perform and oversee various procedures such as NGT placement and chest tube management
• Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals

Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of Med/Tele RN experience
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR, Alaris IV pumps, and Omnicell systems
• Strong skills in stroke management and cardiac rhythm interpretation
