Where You Fit In The FP&A Manager will be a senior contributor responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and decision support across the organization. Reporting to the VP of FP&A, you will take ownership of core FP&A processes and partner directly with business leaders to translate operating plans into financial outcomes. You will serve as a trusted finance partner to budget owners, helping them develop forecasts, evaluate investments, understand performance drivers, and identify risks and opportunities. This role requires someone who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, establish the right analytical approach, and drive work from initial question through recommendation and follow-through. Success will come through strong financial ownership, sound judgment, effective cross-functional partnership, and the ability to influence decisions at multiple levels of the organization. This is a highly analytical and visible position within a fast-paced, private equity-backed SaaS environment. This role operates on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote work and in-office collaboration at our Denver, CO location, specifically, working in-office a minimum of 3 days per week We understand that no candidate is perfectly qualified for any job.
