Manager, Inside Sales

The Northwest Arkansas Naturals are seeking a creative and self-motivated individual to join the Front Office as a Manager, Inside Sales in our Sales Department.


This person will:

• Assist in recruitment and hiring of seasonal inside sales associates
• Assign goals and targets to inside sales associates to achieve individual and organizational goals related to both group, ticket and suite sales
• Manage and achieve a personal sales goal
• Prospecting, qualifying leads and setting face-to-face appointments for new business
• Maintain electronic account records in CRM for all clients and prospects, as well as train Inside Sales staff to utilize CRM for similar needs
• Manage client relationships and drive the follow up for future sales programs
• Provide superior customer service to clients and prospects
• Representing the team at various promotional events
• Work within a team environment to achieve common team goals

Skills preferred:
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and master new software programs as necessary
• Consistent, punctual and regular attendance
• Professional image and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Experience preferred:
• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing within sport and entertainment venues
• High level of demonstrated professionalism, integrity and ability to maintain sensitive information and appropriate decorum
• Three to five years' work experience in sales and customer service preferred

Educational/Other preferences:
• Bachelor's Degree
