Position Summary

As Kitchen Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our kitchen operations. You’ll oversee the day-to-day activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality food preparation, and adherence to health and safety standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who’s ready to step into a leadership role and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen team, delegating tasks and ensuring efficiency.
Oversee food preparation, presentation, and consistency to maintain our high standards.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen.
Collaborate with management on menu planning and kitchen improvements.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A passion for food and a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide a team.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
