Barback Position

Join our dynamic team as a Barback at the Lowline Hotel and play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Restock and organize bar supplies, including beverages, garnishes, and glassware, to ensure smooth service during operating hours
• Document and monitor the bar's inventory levels accurately to facilitate timely reordering and minimize waste
• Assist bartenders with basic tasks to support efficient bar operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards
• Respond promptly to guest requests and assist in resolving any issues to ensure a positive experience
• Follow all safety and alcohol awareness regulations to promote responsible service

Requirements:

• Three to six months of related experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with State regulations).
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to develop alternative solutions and handle emotional topics with reason.
• Excellent customer service skills, including managing difficult or emotional situations professionally.
• High level of professionalism and respectful attitude towards colleagues and guests.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
