The Northwest Seaport Alliance seeks a property manager to handle leasing, lease development, and property/lease management for Alliance properties across the North Harbor in Seattle and the South Harbor in Tacoma. Under the Sr. Director, NWSA Real Estate, you will be the primary contact for tenants, negotiate leases, analyze tenant finances, and draft documents while collaborating with legal, finance, real estate, and operations to maximize asset value and NOI. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Northwest Seaport Alliance
