Territory Manager (Staten Island, NY)

Overview MiniMed is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to drive business growth and support for Diabetes products and services. This field-based role focuses on promoting, selling, and supporting our offerings within the assigned territory and reports to the District Manager. The territory includes Staten Island, NY, Jersey City, East Brunswick, Staten Island, and surrounding areas. In this role, you are expected to be in the field 5 days/week. Responsibilities Promote, sell, and service MiniMed products to physicians, patients, and referral sources through sales calls and educational activities. Implement quarterly sales and market development plans to achieve targets, adapting strategies as needed. Collaborate with Clinical Territory Managers, Diabetes Clinical Educators, and cross-functional teams to educate stakeholders on intensive diabetes management and continuous glucose monitoring. Provide product and therapy technical support to patients, including consultations at staff in-services, physician seminars, and community organizations (ADA, AADE, JDRF, patient support groups). Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and non-clinical buyers to establish a strong business base. Manage territory expenses, inventory, and product returns, and coordinate daily customer support activities as assigned. Capture healthcare professional engagements via Salesforce in a timely and accurate manner. Complete administrative reporting, utilize approved sales collateral, and conduct market research on customers and competitors. Communicate customer feedback and product needs to internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Marketing). Must Have – Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of three (3) years prior sales experience. Nice to Have Field sales experience highly preferred. Prior medical device, business-to-business or pharmaceutical sales experience highly preferred. Experience using Salesforce. Prior inside sales or field clinical experience with MiniMed. Previous sales award recipient (e.g., President’s Club, Rookie of the Year). Strong data analysis, evaluation, and problem-solving skills. Field Roles Must have a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy. Driving record will be reviewed as part of your application. Ability to drive approximately 100% of the time within the assigned territory and may require overnight travel. PR): $58,000.00 - $98,000.00. The base salary range applies across the United States, with variations based on experience, education, market conditions, and location.
