You'll play a key role in supervising and supporting caregivers, helping to implement and monitor individualized care plans. This position offers a balance between clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing you to use your nursing expertise in a way that's impactful, but without the physical strain of traditional direct care.Creates patient Plan of Care per Physician's orders and ensures complianceImplements nursing support for individuals in a home settingReviews nursing documentation to ensure Field Nurse is following Physician's ordersReviewing MARs, verbal orders, medication profile management to match Physicians ordersFollows policies and procedures according to operation, state and regulatory standardsCompletes supervisory visits based on compliance and regulations to include review of plan of care, caregiver competency assessment, and completion of required documentationTraining for Caregivers and Nurses as requiredParticipates in staff meetings, in-services and other meetings as requiredQualifications:Degree in Nursing from an accredited schoolMust have no less than 2 years clinical experience, and at least 1 year in related management/supervisory roleCurrent or multi state license in compliance with the state regulationsCPR professional certificationExcellent communication skills with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyCapable of working independently with highly confidential informationAll Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home – all while maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence.
