We are an inclusive team of unique individuals who show up each day with a grateful spirit, humble heart, and a genuine respect for one another.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of all golf course facilities, excluding turf and grounds care. This role focuses on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained operations. The technician also helps maintain a clean, organized, and presentable environment throughout all facility areas.Key ResponsibilitiesFacility MaintenancePerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on clubhouse and facility systemsMaintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas, equipment rooms, and workspacesEnsure facilities are safe, functional, and visually well-kept at all timesHVAC SystemsInspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systemsPerform filter changes, system checks, and seasonal maintenanceCoordinate with outside vendors when major repairs are requiredPlumbingInstall, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, and drainage systemsDiagnose and resolve leaks, clogs, and water pressure issuesMaintain restrooms, kitchens, irrigation supply lines (facility-related only), and water systemsElectricalTroubleshoot and repair electrical systems, lighting, outlets, and fixturesReplace bulbs, ballasts, and minor wiring componentsEnsure all electrical systems meet safety standards and codesGeneral MaintenancePerform carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and minor construction as neededMaintain doors, locks, windows, and structural componentsAssist with setup and breakdown of events when neededSafety & ComplianceFollow all safety procedures, OSHA guidelines, and company policiesIdentify hazards and report safety concerns promptlyMaintain tools, equipment, and materials in safe working conditionQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance preferredWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systemsAbility to use hand and power tools safely and effectivelyBasic understanding of building systems and repair techniquesStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsSkills & AbilitiesAbility to work independently and prioritize tasksGood communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and commitment to quality workAbility to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50+ lbs)Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditionsWork EnvironmentCombination of indoor and outdoor work environmentsExposure to weather conditions, noise, and mechanical equipmentMay require weekends, holidays, or on-call hours depending on facility needsPhysical RequirementsProlonged standing, walking, bending, and climbingAbility to work on ladders and in confined spacesFrequent lifting, pushing, and pulling of equipmentArcis Golf provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.Arcis participates in E-Verify, the government program that certifies an employee's right to work for us in the U.S.
