Bakery Associate - Baker/Cake Decorator Garden Grove

We are currently seeking talented Associates who are willing to take challenges and grow rapidly with the 85C Bakery Cafe team. Individuals committed to exceptional customer service, highly detail-oriented, and ready to go above and beyond are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Decorate quality 85C baked goods. Maintain a clean and healthy work environment. Perform daily operations, including separating, filling, and baking. Work as part of a team, following direction and collaborating with store management to deliver outstanding service. Provide sufficient breads and maintain quality to meet 85°C standards, completing designated tasks perfectly. Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines. Cross‑train in all departments (Bread, Cake, POS, Bar) as required. Qualifications High school diploma or higher. Fast‑food or retail experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Acceptable verbal English communication skills. Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts. Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified. Weekend and holiday availability. Must be at least 18 years of age to apply. Physical Demands Moderate physical activity including lifting (up to 50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and squatting. Extended periods of standing and walking with repetitive hand motions and reaching overhead. Exposure to unusual elements such as extreme temperatures of coolers and freezers.
