Tufts Medical Center Community Care – Family Medicine Physician

Location: Medford, MA

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with patients.
• Meet patients' primary care needs with same‑day or routinely scheduled in‑office or telehealth appointments.
• Work cross‑functionally with various members of the medical community.
• Engage actively within the community by bringing the strength of academic and community care to patients' locale.
• Minimize administrative burden through use of AI scribing, RNs, LPNs, fully trained MAs, coders, front desk staff, and dedicated billing specialists.
• Contribute to a team culture dedicated to inclusivity, innovation, work‑life balance, collaboration, and fun.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing primary care to patients of all ages.
• Team player who enjoys working cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world‑class patient satisfaction and support.
• Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred.
• Board Certified, or Board Eligible, in Family Medicine.
• Current certification in CPR required.
