Lab Technician

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist in our laboratory with day-to-day operations. The Lab Technician will perform functions of a Rosin Prep Technician, Rosin Technician, and Water Hash Technician depending on production needs. Responsibilities include: Accurately and effectively execute extraction methods according to SOPs without deviation Ensure that both pre-production and post-production tasks are accomplished Record accurate and detailed production records Assist the Rosin Team with prep work Organization of Water Hash & Rosin Operate ice water extraction equipment Prepare biomass for processing Organization of bulk Water Hash & 2nd press Separate and filter Rosin for biomass Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Lab Manager, Supervisors, or Leads Maintain a clean and organized workspace Sanitize and maintain work station, tools, and equipment Work in a walk in freezer for long periods of time Identify and report any issues to Lab Manager, Supervisors, and Leads Qualifications: 1+ year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired. Experience packaging cannabis or gramming/handling of concentrates is highly desired Ability to work in a walk-in fridge for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to spend a prolonged period of time in cold temperatures (around 40 degrees). Maintain an up tempo physical workload Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and squat for extended periods Must be able to Lift, carry, push and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage high-stress situations, and be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires Strong attention to detail Be able to reach set goals within a given time frame Efficient at repetitive tasks Work well as part of a team Must be able to work weekly schedule Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM Compensation + Benefits: Pay Range: $21.00/hour Benefit package includes medical, dental, vision, Life/AD&D, 401K with company match, paid time off, and holidays.
