Description What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests across disciplines such as chemistry, hematology, and immunology following established protocols.
• Review results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure proper maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist in specimen collection as required and prepare samples for accurate testing.
• Thoroughly document processes, mentor new staff members, and uphold laboratory quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment while adhering to essential regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment with us.
