Responsibilities – Your Role

• Evaluate results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory equipment.
• Support with specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as needed.
• Accurately document all procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Education

• Degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health discipline, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) certification must be achieved within the first year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
