Description What You'll Do

• Execute routine and advanced clinical testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and moreadhering to established protocols.
• Assess and interpret test results for precision, resolve discrepancies, and conduct preventive maintenance and calibration of instruments.
• Assist in specimen gathering and help prepare samples for laboratory analysis as required.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training for new staff or interns, and contribute to maintaining high laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment, strictly following regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Current certification must be maintained throughout employment.
