Your Role Awaits

• Conduct a diverse array of clinical laboratory tests, including those in chemistry, hematology, and immunology, diligently following established protocols.
• Evaluate test results meticulously, address discrepancies, and ensure all laboratory equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
• Participate in specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.
• Document all technical processes in detail, facilitate the onboarding of new team members, and champion quality standards across the lab.
• Uphold the highest standards of safety and cleanliness, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Required Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within a year of your start.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment journey with us.
